Priority Honda Chesapeake- Pay: $48,200 to $158,700 (Based on Performance)
- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.
What You'll Do- Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
- Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
What You'll Bring- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus-but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
