- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.
What You'll Do- Desk and structure automotive sales deals
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
- Work closely with Finance, Sales Consultants, and dealership leadership
- Monitor inventory and help maximize gross profit opportunities
- Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process
- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve dealership performance
- Foster a positive, high-energy, results-driven culture
What You'll Bring- Previous automotive Sales Manager or Sales Desk Manager experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven success driving sales and profitability
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
