Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable accessing various challenging spaces like attics or crawl spaces
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Confident and goal-driven individual who enjoys solving problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space
• Build trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending treatment options
• Close sales by highlighting the value and protection of services
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently using an iPad
• Prioritize schedule and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
