Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional web development experience, including internships and personal projects.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Curiosity about functional programming; willingness to learn Elm.
• Some exposure to backend concepts, APIs, databases, or server-side frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, readable code and prioritize quality.
• Effective communicator who enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
• Motivated to grow skills and take on increased responsibility over time.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, responsive web features using Elm and related tools.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product owners to understand project requirements.
• Write clean, well-tested code and engage actively in code reviews.
• Work with UX designers to implement user-friendly designs accurately.
• Deploy code confidently with support from the DevOps team.
• Debug issues and contribute to system reliability improvements.
• Gradually take ownership of features and small projects.
• Engage with backend tasks in Node.js, Express, and Postgres as skills develop.
• Contribute to documentation and maintain an updated knowledge base.
