Kris Konstruction, a trusted leader in home improvement solutions for over 36 years, is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Maryland market. If you excel at building relationships and closing deals, and you're ready to hit the ground running with pre-set appointments, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: - Attend pre-set appointments with qualified leads (no cold calling or prospecting needed)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Present, promote, and sell Kris Konstruction products/services to existing and potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications: - Previous experience in outside sales, business development, or similar roles
- Previous experience with home improvement sales
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
