Position:Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurses (RN)
Location: Pierce County, Washington
Salary: $45-60 an hour, DOE

Due to our rapid growth and new territory openings, we're hiring multiple RNs! **Due to a full training cohort we are only apply consider RNs with prior home health/hospice agency experience at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
• Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
