Compensation: $110,000-$210,000 annually + $15,000 Retention Bonus

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients throughout Southern and Southwest Minnesota in their homes.
  • Design individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and independence.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to improve long-term outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the care team.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as patients improve.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
