Home Health Physical Therapist / PT ($10K Relocation Assistance!) Pay range: $65-75 per hour, depending on experience + $10K Relocation Assistance Bonus! Schedule/Shift: Full-time, M-F Territory/Location: Redding, CA Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
