Physical Therapist (PT) to join our mission-driven team. We are looking in the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla areas.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary, $110,000 to $120,000 annually/pay per visit equivalent

What You'll Do

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and home exercises
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner
Support care transitions and discharge planning
What We're Looking For
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date)
One to two years of experience in physical therapy; home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
