As a Home Health Care Administrator, here's a big picture view of what you'll do:
  • Comply with all applicable home health laws and regulatory standards
  • Manage all aspects of the agency's operations, including but not limited to marketing development, staff supervision, patient and client relations
  • Recruit, hire and oversee all office personnel and healthcare staff
  • Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
