As the care manager, you will oversee and streamline service delivery across a network of caregivers, nurses, therapists, and external partners. This position calls for strong clinical judgment and proven experience navigating private-pay client dynamics and family relationships.
Option to work one weekend day and have one weekday off.
Requirements- Upbeat Personality
- Active California RN License, required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of home health nursing experience required.
- Experience managing private pay clients required.
- Master in Nursing, preferred
- Industry Experience, preferred
- Strong Computer Skills

- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
