Wilmington Attorney Opportunity with Law Firm Carolinas Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a full-time attorney to join our community association practice in Wilmington. Community association law is a broad general counsel practice involving real estate, contracts, corporate governance, litigation, collections, and dispute resolution. The attorney would advise homeowner and condominium association boards on a wide range of legal and practical issues. Prior experience in community association law is preferred but not required. We would welcome candidates with backgrounds or interests in real estate, litigation, business law, local government, nonprofit law, or general client counseling. We will also consider recent graduates with strong writing, communication, and judgment. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina or eligible for prompt admission. The position offers substantial training and mentoring, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to develop a statewide practice from our Wilmington office.
