Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HIL and battery systems validation
• Proficiency in CAN communication and UDS protocols
• Experience with Python for automation in testing
• Strong understanding of battery management features, including SOC and SOH
• Familiarity with diagnostics calibration and validation methodologies
• Experience with circuit and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa) standards

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HIL engineers in operating HIL setup with hands-on training
• Develop comprehensive test plans for battery validation
• Execute fault injection testing to uncover potential issues
• Validate compliance with Functional Safety requirements in HIL setups
• Serve as a communication bridge between technicians and the systems team
• Document and create detailed test reports using RNnS
• Review and discuss test reports collaboratively with the team
• Independently drive activities in a dynamic work environment
