Skills & Abilities • Expert knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices • Expert knowledge of engineering principles of design • Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations • Basic knowledge of design standards (AASHTO, NACTO, etc.) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree) • Professional engineering (PE) license • 10 years of related experience • Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands #LI-MS1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-MS1 #LI-HYBRID Amount of Travel Required 10% or less Pay Range Min USD $105,227.00 Pay Range Max USD $184,142.00 Additional Pay Range Information CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
