University Home Care Inc is seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) for our home health and or hospice services in Livonia, MI. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing nursing teams and ensuring the highest standard of patient care within home health and hospice settings. Please note, candidates must have relevant experience as a DON in either home health or hospice for at least one year; if you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff in the delivery of home health and or hospice care.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards.
