Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in using VNA/PNA equipment for device-level testing.
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and communication systems.
• Experience with high-speed device testing, preferably above 67GHz.
• Familiarity with photonic technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to design and testing.
• Proficiency in simulation tools like MATLAB and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous calibration and validation of hardware.
• Develop test methods for next generation high-speed photonics chips up to 200GHz.
• Involve in the design and development of high-speed devices.
• Analyze test results to identify improvements and optimize performance.
• Develop test procedures and ensure clear team communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends in high-speed digital hardware.
• Mentor junior engineers or technicians and promote a learning culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout development.
