Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field; Doctorate preferred.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• General Administrative or Principal Endorsement required.
• Experience in full-time administrative role required; high school level preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the high school program under the direction of the Superintendent.
• Ensure effective administration of educational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Manage school budget and resources effectively.
• Foster a positive school culture and community engagement.
