Full Job Description
About the Job:

The High-Performance Real-Time Oscilloscope Product Planner plays a key strategic role in defining, shaping, and driving Keysight's XR8- and XR9-class real-time oscilloscopes, associated software applications, electrical and optical probing solutions, and Optical Modulation Analyzer (OMA) platforms.

This position sits at the forefront of high-speed electrical and optical measurement technologies, enabling next-generation AI data center, semiconductor, networking, and communications infrastructures. You will define industry-leading real-time oscilloscopes and solutions for PCIe Gen7/8 and beyond, 224G, 448G, 896G, and future Tb/s interconnects, as well as 800G, 1.6T, 3.2T and beyond coherent optical interfaces. Your work will help customers solve the most demanding signal integrity, compliance, and system validation challenges across AI accelerators, HPC systems, chiplet-based designs, advanced packaging, co-packaged optics (CPO), and next-generation networking platforms.

Working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and strategic customers, you will translate technology trends and customer requirements into actionable product strategies that maintain Keysight's leadership in high-performance oscilloscopes and signal integrity solutions.

About the Team:

You will join a highly motivated, international, cross functional team within Keysight's Digital and Photonics - Center of Excellence, collaborating with experts across high-perfomance R&D, systems engineering, and product marketing. The team operates with a strong innovation mindset, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive industry leading signal generation and analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the short- and long-term roadmap and strategy for Keysight's high-performance real-time oscilloscopes, associated software applications, probes, and optical measurement solutions.
  • Define requirements and growth strategies for electrical probing solutions, including on-wafer level testing.
  • Drive roadmap planning for optical probing and Optical Modulation Analyzer (OMA) solutions supporting PAM4, coherent optical transmission, co-packaged optics, and silicon photonics validation.
  • Drive product planning defining and prioritizing requirements across key application segments such as pathfinding, validation, compliance testing, and manufacturing, enabling AI data center, networking, semiconductor, and communications applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and monitor industry trends in target domains such as PCIe Gen7/8 and beyond, 224G, 448G, 896G, and future Tb/s interconnects, as well as 800G, 1.6T, 3.2T and beyond coherent optical interfaces..
  • Identify emerging opportunities for innovation and strategic investment based on evolving industry requirements and next-generation standards.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to define end-to-end signal integrity and compliance workflows spanning transmitter, channel, and receiver validation.
  • Influence industry standards and technology directions related to AI infrastructure, high-speed serial interfaces, coherent optics, and photonic integration.
  • Collaborate with Keysight's global cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective execution of the growth strategy and successful market launches of new products and solutions.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations and business cases supporting Keysight's long-term leadership in oscilloscope and measurement technologies.
  • Represent Keysight at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events, delivering presentations, engaging with customers and partners, and promoting Keysight's leadership in high-speed electrical and optical test solutions.

Qualifications
