Hematopathologist for our
Regional Pathology Lab located in Rockville, MD.What You Can Expect:- To join an energetic, tenured team of hematopathologists
- Support of in-house flow cytometry laboratory and molecular (solid tumor and myeloid) NGS laboratory
- A 70% case sign-out of Hematopathology and 30% general Pathology with the Hematopathology cases encompassing lymph node, bone marrow, peripheral blood, and soft tissue.
- Use of digital pathology platforms for remote coverage of intraprocedural consultations and primary diagnosis sign-out.
- To work in a team environment with 18 additional Pathologists, all of whom are organ-specific fellowship trained.
Minimum Requirements:- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in General Anatomic Pathology and Hematopathology
- Fellowship training in Hematopathology
- 2 or more years of work experience as a staff pathologist is preferred
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this position is $330,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
