Job Function: - Primarily outpatient, some limited inpatient.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and nurses and is responsible for providing comprehensive oncology treatment care to patients.
- Conducts comprehensive and episodic heath history and physical assessment of patients.
- Oversees treatment infusions and supportive care needs.
- Writes orders within the limits of the practice agreement.
- Maintains clinical documentation according to group practice.
- Participates in clinical quality and research as needed.
- Educates patients, families and caregivers on treatment plans.
Job Requirements:Job Requirements: - Must have Oncology - Hematology exp. either as provider or nurse.
- ANP, FNP or PA.
- BC and NY license.
