Help Desk Specialist

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance to be considered.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Join our team as a Help Desk/GSO Specialist supporting the Office of the Chief of Protocol (S/CPR). In this role, you will provide IT help desk support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with General Services Officer (GSO) functions to ensure smooth office operations for a dynamic team of 75-80 personnel. This is an opportunity to contribute to technology solutions while supporting critical administrative and facility management processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Help Desk Specialist: $100,000- $111,944.19

Pay commensurate with experience.

Help Desk Specialist Responsibilities Include:
