Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with heavy trucks and equipment repair.
• Strong diagnostic skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• ASE certification preferred but not mandatory.
• EPA 609 certification preferred for A/C system repairs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain large trucks and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose issues in engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Conduct repairs on hydraulics, brakes, and HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed.
• Work independently to solve complex mechanical problems.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repairs needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
