What You'll Do

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' fleets operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical inspections
  • Repair and service engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Complete repairs according to OEM specifications and company quality standards
  • Conduct post-repair testing to ensure equipment performance and safety
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
  • Collaborate with teammates and service personnel to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support parts identification and inventory management as required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Red Seal Certification (Heavy Duty Mechanic or Truck & Transport Technician)
  • Experience servicing and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Assets (Nice to Have)
  • Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's Licence
  • CVI (Commercial Vehicle Inspection) Licence
  • Previous dealership or OEM experience
  • Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit Diesel, or Cummins experience
