Sales Consultant - Remote $65,000-$120,000/year all in (salary + commission + bonuses) • Full-time, remote • Full benefits • No cold calling

What you'll earn $65,000-$120,000/year total - base salary plus commission and bonuses, with top performers at the high end of the range. Plus the benefits listed below.

What you'll do Every lead comes to you. You'll respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective customers generated by our marketing campaigns - no cold calling, ever. Your job is to understand each customer's hearing challenges and goals, guide them through their technology options, and clearly communicate what makes Injoy Hearing different, then prepare them for professional fitting and care by our clinical team.

You'll also support current customers who need help connecting with our clinical team, and partner closely with operations and clinical care to keep every handoff smooth. You'll track your interactions and outcomes in our CRM and keep sharpening your approach - both your own results and the team's.

Requirements

You've met or exceeded targets in a consultative or solution-based sales role, and you're quick to pick up new tools, platforms, and product knowledge. You listen first and speak to what the customer actually needs. You're self-motivated, coachable, and you genuinely like working alongside a team to create a seamless customer experience. Prior experience selling and fitting prescription hearing aids is preferred.
