Role descriptionYou Are:A Sales Leader who will lead the commercial growth strategy for the Comply360 - Compliance Modernization Platform by driving new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plans. You will serves as the sales executive face of the platform, building trusted relationships with C-suite healthcare leaders while collaborating with Product, Operations, and Client Success to deliver measurable business value and long-term client success.
The Opportunity: - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to accelerate platform adoption and revenue growth in conjunction with the Solution Leader.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities with health plans, PBMs, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and manage executive relationships with Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Medicare & Medicaid Officers, CIOs, COOs, CFOs and other senior leaders.
- Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, and overall commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Solution Leader to develop strategic partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Product Management to incorporate market feedback into the product roadmap and prioritize capabilities that drive competitive advantage.
- Partner with Marketing to develop thought leadership, conference strategy, webinars, and campaigns that position the platform as a market leader.
- Lead executive presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based business case discussions with prospective clients.
- Oversee RFP and proposal strategy, contract negotiations, and executive-level sales pursuits.
- Partner with Client Success and Operations to ensure successful implementations, high client satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor competitive offerings, CMS regulatory trends, and emerging market opportunities to refine commercial strategy.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, and healthcare associations to strengthen brand recognition and generate new business.
What You Need:- At least 10 years of enterprise healthcare technology or consulting sales experience.
- Proven success selling complex SaaS, compliance, or digital transformation solutions to health plans.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and CMS regulatory environments.
- Established executive relationships within the payer market.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnerships.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $160,000-240,000 plus commission
