You'll collaborate with AR specialists from One Medical and Amazon Pharmacy to address questions about complex refund scenarios, coordinate with banking partners on failed or returned payments, and work with the Tax team on unclaimed property matters. Throughout the day, you'll analyze refund data to identify process improvements, meet with stakeholders across banking and compliance to discuss and implement solutions, and document updated procedures to ensure consistent financial controls are maintained across the organization.
