Work You'll Do As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:
- Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of Perioperative Services care continuum to include procedural scheduling, pre-admission testing, pre-operative care, intra-operative care, post-operative care of patients as well as the sterile processing department

Qualifications Required
: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or with a provider of services to the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of job duties dedicated to Perioperative Services leadership
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- CNOR or CAPA certification

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$131,000 to $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
