Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking an exceptional associate to join our nationally recognized Healthcare practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes healthcare litigation matters, representing healthcare providers in a variety of regulatory and compliance issues.

Responsibilities:
• Represent healthcare providers in matters involving the False Claims Act, Certificate of Need proceedings, and regulatory disputes
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex healthcare regulatory issues
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals
• Prepare and present cases in various forums, including courts and administrative agencies

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
