Role Description
Provide authoritative healthcare-domain expertise for Patient/Person/Provider and Epic-related use cases, so MDM/RDM models and rules reflect real clinical, provider and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret Epic source structures and business semantics for Patient/Person/Provider and Location.
• Validate provider identifiers, specialties, credentials, affiliations, organisations, locations and relationship lifecycle.
• Define and validate provider matching and survivorship business rules with the MDM team.
• Validate patient/person identity scenarios, aliases and source identifiers.
• Validate FHIR and downstream terminology consumption where applicable.
• Review mappings, DQ rules, stewardship screens/workflows and UAT scenarios; support business-semantic defect triage.

Required Experience & Skills
• 8+ years working with healthcare data, including hands-on Epic experience.
• Provider / master data experience and understanding of clinical/administrative workflows.
• Ability to turn domain knowledge into MDM matching and survivorship rules.
Good to Have
• FHIR and clinical terminology familiarity.
• Experience with provider credentialing/affiliation data.
• Clinical research data context
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
