  • Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Plan, track, and evaluate capital construction projects from design to completion, directly managing budgets, bids, schedules, and financial reporting (including earned value and burn rates).
  • Establish and implement standardized national policies and procedures for construction project management to ensure operational consistency.
  • Define project roles, estimate resources, and collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to align timelines and expectations.
  • Enforce strict healthcare facility safety measures across all renovation and construction projects, overseeing work quality and warranty responses.
  • Monitor and communicate key metrics-including risks, milestones, slippage, and project percent complete-to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
