Healthcare Business AnalystRequired Experience- 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong U.S. Healthcare experience working with all Lines of businesses
- Payment Integrity, Claims, FWA/Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives
- Healthcare claims processing and adjudication knowledge
- Knowledge of lifecycle of a claim is a "MUST". Claims processing is an added advantage
- Agile delivery experience
- SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
Deep expertise across Commercial (E&I), Medicare & Retirement (M&R), Community & State (C&S), Rx, Dental, and Vision.
Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
