We are seeking an experienced
Health Services Director to oversee and manage our partners nursing and health services operations in the Senior Living Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing or assisted living, with proven leadership in nurse management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of skilled nursing and assisted living health services.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
- Monitor and manage resident care plans, clinical outcomes, and staffing.
- Maintain valid California RN or LVN licensure and ensure staff credentials are current.
Qualifications
- Current California RN or LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing management experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and resident care standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Preferred
- Experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
- Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes and staff performance.
