Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Director to oversee and manage our partners nursing and health services operations in the Senior Living Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing or assisted living, with proven leadership in nurse management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of skilled nursing and assisted living health services.
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Monitor and manage resident care plans, clinical outcomes, and staffing.
  • Maintain valid California RN or LVN licensure and ensure staff credentials are current.
