Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Health & Safety Manager in heavy civil construction projects.
• Preferred certifications: Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian safety regulations is required.
• Experience with health and safety legislation in Canada is critical.
• Proven ability to conduct safety audits and site inspections.
• Confidence in leading investigations and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities
