Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and programs in line with organizational goals.


  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.


  • Lead incident investigations, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.


  • Provide training and resources to employees on health and safety best practices to ensure compliance and awareness.


  • Monitor health and safety performance metrics, preparing reports for management and recommending improvements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate health and safety practices into daily operations.


  • Stay current with local, national, and international health and safety regulations and best practices.
