Health IT Project Manager I to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role oversees IT-related projects to ensure adherence to standard processes and project management best practices, performing technical and administrative functions across all phases of the project management lifecycle.
This position follows a remote delivery model supporting IHSC/HITU, consistent with current program operations

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Health IT or federal IT programs
• Proficiency in project planning, task tracking, deliverable management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting
• Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining project records and reporting accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and align project objectives with organizational goals
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications• PMP or CAPM certification
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools
• Experience supporting congressional inquiries or other high-level federal communications
Key Responsibilities• Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support program initiatives
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Support responses to congressional inquiries and other high-level communications
• Provide input for process improvement and policy development
• Maintain project records and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals
