About the RoleThe Health Client Leader manages Benefits Management Services, serving as the primary contact for a direct client. Responsibilities include implementing new benefits programs. You will collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Communications teams to support system or program changes, integrations, and special projects.
Responsibilities- Providing benefits expertise for US-based mergers and acquisition activities.
- Assisting with the implementation of new benefits programs.
- Coordinating with benefit vendors to address employees' benefits-related questions or concerns, serving as a liaison between vendors and employees as appropriate.
- Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and updating of benefits communication materials. Completing and submitting vendor coordination of benefits data requests.
- Working with the client risk teams to manage Benefits team standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinating data collection to respond to legal requests for benefits information.
- Assisting with Annual Enrollment activities by managing project planning, coordinating deadlines across teams and vendors. Conducting testing, reviewing enrollment materials and websites, and verifying coverage details with carriers and vendors.
- Managing vendor contracts and coordinating delivery activities for Workday. Overseeing system integrations, processing payroll adjustments for benefits, and addressing inquiries in the Workday HR Case benefits queue.
- Managing tuition reimbursement claw backs by identifying them through report analysis, issuing repayment requests, and tracking repayments.
- Managing and supporting client reimbursement programs, including communication, administration, program updates, and addressing inquiries.
Requirements- Have bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering U.S. employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze benefits data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly and effectively.
- Have experience partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Communications, and external vendors to implement benefits-related initiatives.
