Qualifications

• Preferred leadership and management experience.
• Understanding of regulations for Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Willingness to obtain an Administrator's license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training for new care team members.
• Ensure resident service plans are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide quality onboarding and customer service for new residents.
• Oversee the medication administration system across the facility.
• Conduct continuous Quality Assurance reviews for Health Services.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations governing assisted living and memory care.
• Supervise the Assistant Living Director, Memory Care Director, and Registered Nurse Consultant.
• Ensure shift coverage to maintain high quality of resident care.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Exemplify leadership to staff and maintain professionalism with residents and families.
