Qualifications

• Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
• Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills to manage health professionals effectively.
• Ability to develop and implement health assessment and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Health & Wellness Department and ensure quality resident care.
• Conduct health assessments and plan services for community residents.
• Coordinate residents' health needs with healthcare providers and vendors.
• Manage and support a team of health professionals through supervision and education.
• Establish staffing guidelines to meet resident service requests.
