How You'll Make History Here...

The Benefits and Well-Being Manager at Campbell's is responsible for implementing and managing employee health & welfare benefits and well-being programs that align with the company's values and strategic objectives. This role ensures employees have access to comprehensive benefits, education, resources, and support that foster a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce.

What You Will Do...
  • Administer and evaluate health & welfare and well-being programs to meet the needs of Campbell's employees and their families and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to promote employee well-being, including mental health, physical wellness, financial wellness and work-life balance programs - and oversee the relationship between key vendors (health care and pharmacy carriers, enhanced mental health, digital PT, onsite and near-site clinics etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 3 benefits-related inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture (HR), finance, and external vendors (including consultants) to optimize program effectiveness and manage costs.
  • Analyze benefits utilization data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver communications, training, and educational materials about benefits and well-being offerings.
  • Lead communication and employee engagement to ensure employees across the network (including plants, warehouses, and offices) understand their benefits and make the most of the robust package we offer.
  • Lead end-to-end annual enrollment, including requirements review, communication planning and system testing, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You Bring To The Table... (Must Haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits administration and employee well-being programs
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms.


It Would Be Great If You Have...(Nice to Haves)
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • CEBS/CHES or other certifications not required but could be a differentiator in role selection


Work Environment
  • Corporate office. Hybrid schedule


Travel Required
  • Occasional travel to Campbell's sites to meet with employees, learn about the culture of the manufacturing sites and support benefits education and activations.


Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$107,400-$147,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
