Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the disciplinary and functional aspects of team members
Plan and track budgets within the assigned area
Set team targets in collaboration with the Manager
Serve as the primary contact for development teams regarding testing issues
Ensure thorough testing for product validation and analyze test results
Define validation and testing requirements based on system specifications
Coordinate validation and testing at both internal and external partner locations
Prepare comprehensive reports on results, expenses, and investment plans
Maintain operational status of testing equipment
Perform other tasks as assigned

Full Job Description
Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager
Acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing
Ensuring the necessary testing for product validation (both the performance of the tests and the test results)
Deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on the system requirements
Responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations
Strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager
Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners
Drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments
Responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational
