The OpportunityAs Head of Technology Enabled Services, you will own the
end-to-end global delivery engine - integrating proprietary technology platforms with high-value services across Aerospace & Defense, Utilities, Energy, Satellite, and Government sectors.

What You'll OwnGlobal Delivery & Operational Excellence- Full accountability for global service delivery across all client engagements
- Build and scale repeatable, high-performance delivery frameworks
- Set the gold standard for quality, SLAs, and client outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning program leadership, architecture, engineering, and client success
Technology & Platform Leadership (SAP + Enterprise Ecosystems)- Own the deployment and operational success of technology platforms within client environments
- Act as the bridge between real-world delivery and product innovation
- Drive enterprise adoption and expansion, with a strong emphasis on SAP-centric environments and integrations
- Ensure seamless interoperability across client systems, compliance frameworks, and operational workflows
Strategic Client Leadership in Regulated Environments- Serve as the executive relationship owner for critical, high-value accounts
- Operate confidently within highly regulated and controlled environments (A&D, Energy, Government)
- Navigate complex compliance landscapes including export controls, data sovereignty, and security frameworks
- Lead engagements involving sensitive, classified, and mission-critical programs
P&L Ownership & Growth- Own revenue, margin, and long-term account growth
- Partner with Sales to win, structure, and scale new business
- Identify and unlock organic expansion opportunities
- Develop commercial models and pricing strategies that balance growth with delivery excellence
Build & Lead a World-Class Organisation- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-calibre global delivery team
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Establish career pathways, capability frameworks, and domain expertise - especially across SAP and regulated sectors
- Act as a multiplier of talent and leadership capability
Governance, Risk & Compliance- Implement robust governance frameworks and executive reporting
- Proactively manage delivery risk across complex portfolios
- Ensure audit readiness, certifications, and security compliance
- Represent the organisation in executive reviews, audits, and government oversight environments
What You BringCore Experience- 12+ years leading technology services, managed services, or professional services organisations
- Proven success running large-scale delivery in regulated industries
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial accountability
- Experience managing complex, multi-year, enterprise engagements
- Expertise leading globally distributed teams
Critical Domain Strength- Deep experience within SAP ecosystems (implementation, integration, or transformation programs)
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and technology-enabled service models
- Ability to connect technology capability to measurable business outcomes
Regulatory & Industry Acumen- Working knowledge of frameworks such as ITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS, or equivalents
- Experience operating in secure, compliance-heavy, or government-aligned environments
- Confidence navigating international delivery and data sovereignty requirements
Leadership & Influence- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite, boards, and government stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, scale, and high-pressure environments
Highly Valued- Experience scaling proprietary or SaaS platforms in enterprise environments
- Background in critical infrastructure or national security sectors
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar
- Active or eligible security clearance
- International delivery experience across allied or global government ecosystems
