You have: • Education & Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in software development, IT, or technical support, with prior experience in a team lead or senior engineer role. • Technical Depth: Expertise in relevant technology stacks (e.g., Linux, Java, Python), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases, coupled with a deep baseline knowledge of electrical concepts and HVAC mechanics. • Methodologies & Core Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, combined with the intrinsic hands-on aptitude to relate spatial environments and schematics to complex wiring diagrams. • L7 Competencies: The ability to solve ambiguity, influence technical strategy across multiple teams, and anticipate long-term technical debt. • Mission Alignment: A commitment to the Waymo Way, serving as a consistent role model for our behaviors-acting like an owner and staying humble.
