What you'll do

Role Summary
  • Lead Supply Chain Planning organization for North America and Mexico, ensuring strong planning performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Supply Planning processes while improving forecast accuracy, inventory management, and operational execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the regional Supply Chain Planning organization (100+).
  • Drive supply chain performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own and execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including monthly cycles, continuous improvement, and digital planning initiatives.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Establish and drive Supply Chain Execution (S&OE) processes, governance, and digital capabilities.
  • Develop enterprise-wide standards for materials and master data management to optimize cost, inventory, and cash flow.
  • Promote best practices, planning standardization, and capability development across the organization.
  • Drive strategic planning transformation and executive-level decision-making through data-driven insights.
