Full Job Description
Purpose
Providing strategic global leadership for Supply Chain across Operations, ensuring alignment between customer demand, commercial growth objectives, manufacturing capabilities, and business strategy. Serving as a key enterprise leader and trusted partner to Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams to drive customer-centric supply chain solutions, operational excellence, business growth, and organizational resilience.
Acting as the regional voice of Supply Chain, shaping strategic decisions through influence, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights while effectively communicating regional and global supply chain capabilities, challenges, opportunities, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range Based on Experience: $173,000 - $288,000

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Enterprise mindset with the ability to balance regional, global, customer, and operational priorities.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with understanding of how supply chain decisions impact growth, profitability, and customer relationships.
• Ability to anticipate market trends, customer needs, and supply chain risks while shaping strategic responses.
Function management
• Within the framework of the global SMC strategy outlined by the F&F SCM governance team, define and implement strategic SCM initiatives in coordination with the Site Operations, Procurement and Sales.
• Set regional and local SCM policies in coordination with Operations, Procurement, Sales
• Drive SCM implementation project, in coordination with the sites and other regional functions.
• Lead change management as a critical success factor.
• Implement and drive regional S&OP process, facilitate executive S&OP meeting.
• Monitor SCM performance (including KPI cockpit and targets).
• Propose regional and local performance targets for approval by Operations, Sales and Procurement.
• Identify needs to increase capacity and ensure alignment with site specific Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Act as Global Process Champion in selected work stream(s).
• Execute the annual operating plan within approved budget.

Stakeholder Influence
• Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Executive Management.
• Demonstrated success leading through matrix organizations and complex global and regional stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build credibility and trust with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

People management
• Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the Supply Chain and Planning sub-function at regional level and validate related results.
• Work with the regional Operations management and global Supply Chain teams as well as HR Business Partner(s) in developing a regional talent pipeline.
• Drive the development and promotion of Supply Chain & Planning talents within and outside Operations at regional level.
• Build a strong and sustainable NOAM Supply Chain organization by developing leadership capability, strengthening succession and talent pipelines, and creating an environment that attracts, develops, engages, and retains high-performing talent.

Academic Background
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
• MBA or master's degree in a technical field is preferred.

Professional Experience
• 15 to 20 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within complex global manufacturing organizations with strong background in supply chain, quality and/or materials management, including exposure to M&A projects, organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations, enterprise risk for complex organizations.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in people management.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Commercial and Business Leadership to support growth strategies and customer-centric outcomes.
• Proven track record influencing executive leadership and leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience operating within global matrix organizations with responsibility for aligning regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong experience presenting supply chain strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership teams.

Technical Skills
• Expert knowledge of global Supply Chain Management principles, including integrated business planning, S&OP, customer service, logistics, inventory optimization, and capacity management.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer-facing business models.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across matrix organizations.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience aligning supply chain strategies with customer growth, business development, and commercial objectives.
• Proven success leading global transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to translate operational data into business insights.
• Exposure to dynamic industries with high complexity (SKUs, demand fluctuations, MTO).
• Project management expertise.
• Fluency in English, other languages a plus.
