Full Job Description
Your Role: You will own the identification, definition, and acceleration of emerging business segments and new platforms within the single-use consumables space. You will drive agility and rapid execution in strategy development to capture first-mover advantage and stay ahead of market trends. You will establish systematic processes for scanning, evaluating, and prioritizing new fields that require accelerated development cycles beyond day-to-day operations. You will lead business development activities, including early-stage partnerships, licensing, and collaborative ventures, in close partnership with Strategy, R&D, and Franchise leadership. You will define market positioning, customer value propositions, and GTM strategies for new segments based on application needs and competitive landscape. You will own the commercial strategy and pricing approach for new segment launches, adapting as market feedback comes in. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial to ensure alignment and speed. You will foster an entrepreneurial culture within the team, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking. You will participate in Leadership team meetings and strategic planning, setting ambitious objectives and driving accountability for results. You will cultivate an inclusive, diverse, and globally distributed team that communicates openly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure time-to-market velocity for new segment concepts and monitor revenue contributions from new segments. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: • A strategic leader with 7+ years of experience in professional or managerial roles within the biopharma or single-use segments, capable of building and guiding high-performing teams.
