Head of Sales - Hands-On Closer & Team Builder [Confidential SaaS Startup] • Remote based in US
This role isn't about managing dashboards - it's about
owning deals and growing a team. You'll inherit a small but capable team of AEs, work directly with the founder, and be responsible for closing new business, tightening the sales motion, and helping us scale intelligently.
What You'll Do - Personally own and close mid-market B2B SaaS deals
- Lead and coach 2 AEs (team expected to grow within 12 months)
- Refine our sales process - from outbound to close
- Track pipeline metrics and forecast revenue accurately
- Work directly with the founder on pricing, segmentation, and GTM strategy
What You've Done - Closed $10K-50K+ ACV SaaS deals personally
- Managed or coached 1-5 AEs in a growth-stage environment
- Built repeatable outbound + inbound sales systems
- Thrived in startups (ideally
