We are looking for a driven and strategic
Head of Revenue Development to lead our efforts in growing both new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, understands the freight and logistics landscape, and knows how to build and lead a team that wins.
What You'll Do
- Own the full revenue development strategy, spanning new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales and account development professionals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across target verticals and geographies
- Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership to develop compelling solutions for customers
- Define and track KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline velocity, win rates, and account retention
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts
- Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to broader company growth strategy
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a 3PL or carrier environment
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of truckload freight solutions
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to engage at the C-suite level
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you see opportunity, build a plan, and execute
