The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and strategic Head of Revenue Development to lead our efforts in growing both new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, understands the freight and logistics landscape, and knows how to build and lead a team that wins.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full revenue development strategy, spanning new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales and account development professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across target verticals and geographies
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership to develop compelling solutions for customers
  • Define and track KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline velocity, win rates, and account retention
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts
