Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Manage and organize the activity of the Program Management team: planning, organization of work, definition and monitoring of workloads
- Coordination and monitoring through KPIs of Project Management team for all activities such as quotation and project management. Promote and ensure the projects and associated documentation are in compliance with the NPI process
- Drive the profitability of plant projects with the finance controller
- Drive project risks identification and mitigation plans
- Ensure the adequacy between the necessary skills and the objectives of the company: participate in the definition of recruitment needs, assess employee performance, draw up training plan, manage integration and training of new hires
- Management of technical answers for Request for Quotation for the plant and support sales with the presentation of the technical content of the proposal such as technology plan, lay-out, timeline, project governance, industrial risk assessment
- Organize the local Program Steering Committee and coordinate input for Global Program tracking.
- Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, as required
QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of program manage/project management experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in program management of industrialization projects for mass production of products with plastic injection and high-speed assembly technologies strongly preferred
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary project team within a transversal organization
- Experience in direct customer contact
- Strong leadership, convincing and communication abilities
- Listens to customers' expectations
- Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:- Background in medical device,pharmaceutical industry or industries of mass production such as automotive
WORK ENVIRONMENT:- Works in an office and clean manufacturing environment that may include moderate noise levels and required appropriate PPE and cleanroom apparel
- Some travel required
Additional InformationPOSITION RANGE: $145,000 USD to $165,000 USD Salaried (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
