Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of strategic materials and reports to support decision-making.
- Manage and lead the Planning Part team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate business operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to support departmental activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align departmental strategies with overall business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and projects, advocating for the team's needs and priorities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business operations, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cross-departmental coordination and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a leadership role within a large organization.
- Knowledge of financial and budgetary processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Skills and QualificationsCompensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $210,000 to $250,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
