About the roleFollowing our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a
Head of People to lead our global human capital strategy from our Austin hub. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will be the architect of a unified, high-performance company culture that connects our teams across continents.
This is not a traditional HR role. This person will play a critical role in leading the strategic organisational design, global compensation philosophy, and hyper-growth talent acquisition. You will be responsible for shaping the foundational "soul" of the company as we scale to a global leader in the AI-Healthtech space.
Who We're Looking For:
A seasoned People leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Someone with a strong strategic mindset and the hands-on drive to match. This person should be able to design and execute a global People roadmap while acting as a trusted partner to our executive team - building the structures, culture, and talent density we need to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global People Strategy: Design and execute a scalable People roadmap that aligns with aggressive international growth targets.
- High-Performance Culture: Define and instill a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation that resonates across our global offices.
- Hyper-Growth Scaling: Lead the charge in talent density, ensuring we attract and retain "A-players" during rapid expansion phases.
- Total Rewards & Equity: Develop a sophisticated global compensation and equity framework competitive in the U.S. and European tech ecosystems.
- Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic coach to department heads on team structure, succession planning, and performance optimization.
- Employer Branding: Position Biorce as a premier employer in the global tech community through strategic partnerships and advocacy.
RequirementsMust-haves
- 15+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 8 years in a global leadership capacity.
- Hyper-Growth Pedigree: A proven track record of scaling teams within high-growth, VC-backed tech environments
- U.S. & Global Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. labor market and global employment best practices.
- Culture Architect: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a high-performing culture in a distributed or multi-national workforce.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with C-suite level.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance "hands-on" execution with long-term organisational design.
